Compassionate Experts! What an outstanding experience! From arriving to smiling, welcoming people which included the fabulous Nicole, taking great care scheduling and working out my insurance needs, questions, and more! And Melissa who listened to all of my needs, concerns, and wishes for the very best possible experience. I couldn't say enough about how Wonderful Melissa was! She was gentle during my examination and encouraging as she walked through each & every step along the way. I was so impressed with how she shared cutting edge information and the organization of herself and the rest of the staff. I actually ran out of questions- she was that thorough! They are top notch and actively involved in you having the best possible outcome developing a realistic plan of action for all your needs. When Dr. Moses came in I thought there would have to be bad news or maybe the other "shoe would drop" but it was totally the opposite!! He was lovely. He was so incredibly gentle in my examination as well and positive and kind! There is no reason to go to any other dental establishment on the planet! This is the place for comfortable, even joyful-like, expert care! They care about you and your vision for your health and smile! Heidi helped me with understanding my insurance and a realistic and an affordable care plan- explaining in the detail all that I needed.Thank you, Bayside Implant & General Dentistry for doing what you do and with the amazing compassion and skill in which you do it!

Great experience from start to finish. Kara and Amber up front are always welcoming and helpful with any questions I might have throughout the records process. Jean has a great personality and always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Reichley is very informative and up front during the process to not only make your smile look better but your dental health and functionality better. Does very detailed work and takes his time making sure everything is done correctly.

I haven't been to the dentist in almost ten years (I know, shame on me) and my childhood dentist retired, so I scheduled an appointment with this practice. I was almost dreading the idea of starting over with a new dentist, but I will say this was THE best experience I have had with any sort of doctor's office. Everyone there was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and above all else, genuine. I can tell they just want what's best for their patients, and they really do go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered and you are comfortable. Whitnee (sorry if it's misspelled) did my consultation, took all of my x-rays, and she was absolutely delightful and patient with me the entire time! Dr. Moses was wonderful as well, really making sure to go over future expectations and plans to get where I want to be. I can tell everyone there enjoys what they do. I wish I could rate higher than just five stars on here!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for a new dentist!!

The whole staff is amazing! They all really care about your experience. They take time to get know you. They schedule appointments so you don’t feel rushed and you don’t have to wait. Meghan is my hygienist and she had me so comfortable that the most uncomfortable part was keeping my mouth open. She is awesome and checks in to make sure you good throughout. Both my kids have great things to say also. They are 14 and 20 so you know you if they had something to complain about they would. Definitely would recommend going here!

If you are a big advocate for your own health and want a dental office that makes you feel involved in your care, this is your place! I was seen for the first time by their practice yesterday and while my first visit was a long one I felt great leaving with a bunch of information and knowledge I was never aware of!

I have been very happy with Coastal Cosmetic Dentistry! Their staff is the best. Courteous, knowledgeable and kind! All of the work I’ve had done has been superior!! Truly!!! I also truly enjoy going there! Who knew you could hear people laughing at your dentist’s office? Dr. Reichley is outstanding and caring! Can’t get better! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

At a time of limited resources, they went above and beyond to far exceeded my meticulous and analytical tendencies for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction. The team joked with me and said, their goal is 150%. I applaud them for their patience and attention to detail for the several varying in severity procedures throughout the years and treating two generations of family members and looking forward to bringing our third. My family’s dental health is just as important as their future and Costal Cosmetic Dentistry is the only ones, I would entrust them with. I would recommend them to anyone in the area or just across the state line, they are worth the trip. Five stars are not enough to rate the performance of our entire family dentistry experience, so I included the additional stars below.   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Impeccable customer service and Immaculate dental office, with each room tailored to the patient procedures before arrival.

Honestly the best dental care/experience I have ever received.They have an unbelievably professional and nice team here. They’ve thought of everything and I continue to be impressed with each visit from heated lavender scented face towels after you’re done with your appointment to wipe your face to gift bags with Advil, vitamins, and soup to drink from when you have a sore mouth. The dental hygienist I’ve had, Heidi was also extremely nice, professional, and great at her job. Every person in this office will take good care of you. It’s clear they strive to provide excellent care and they do it well.

Hands down, the most comprehensive dental exam I've had in my 50 years of going every 6 months!! I learned so much from my amazing dental hygienist Alicia. She was extremely efficient and proficient while still being gentle. She gave me some recommendations on products that I might be interested in buying to support my daily routine. The entire dental office staff communicated so well with me and with one another. It is a warm, friendly, and supportive environment!
